No Warranty
FloodZone.fyi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flood zone information provided. FEMA flood maps are updated continuously and may not reflect the most recent revisions. Always verify flood zone status with official FEMA sources for any legal or financial purpose.
Not a Flood Determination Service
Our service does not constitute a Standard Flood Hazard Determination (SFHD) as required under the National Flood Insurance Reform Act for federally backed mortgages. Lenders must use certified flood determination services for mortgage transactions.
